Sigma has the option to sell the leased asset to the client at a specified market value price at the end of the Operating Lease contract.
Operating lease contracts allow our clients to renew equipment periodically. This includes equipment maintenance (repair & maintenance contract with the dealer).
Additionally, erectile an Operating Lease contract helps improve the financial position of our clients in various ways. This includes:
- The asset is not included on the company balance sheet.
- No debt in the financial statements
- Doesn’t use bank credit lines
- Reduces the leverage ratio. Improves ROA – ROE
- The monthly quotas are recorded as current expenditure (100%)
